Just two minutes from the freeway and one minute from an EV charger, this stunning property is set against a backdrop of sweeping views over a working vineyard, a tranquil lake, and picturesque rural landscapes.

Indoors, you’ll find a cozy living area complete with a fireplace (plenty of wood supplied), a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and board games for your entertainment. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is ideal for preparing gourmet meals, and the outdoor area offers a fire pit, Gas BBQ, Wood fired pizza oven, and comfortable seating, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the serene views.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine, giving you all the conveniences of home.

Wine lovers will be in paradise with the on-site Cellar Door, just 200 meters from the house, offering tastings and sales of award-winning wines produced on the property. Several other renowned wineries are nearby, making it easy to explore the local wine region. Berrima, Bundanoon & Exeter are also in close proximity.

The house sleeping format:

1 or 2 guests - A queen bedroom with ensuite.

3 guests – The above plus 1 on a sofa bed in the private, extra TV room, you will have a separate toilet, basin, vanity & mirror but you will have to borrow a shower – OR book for 4 people to release a second ensuited room.

4 guests – A queen bedroom with ensuite plus an additional queen bedroom with ensuite.

5 guests - The above plus 1 on a sofa bed in the private, extra TV room, you will have a separate toilet, basin, vanity & mirror but you will have to borrow a shower. – OR book for 6 people to release a third ensuited room.

6 guests – A queen bedroom with ensuite plus Two additional queen bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom.

7 or 8 guests - The above plus 1 or 2 on a sofa bed in the private, extra TV room, you will have a separate toilet, basin, vanity & mirror but you will have to borrow a shower.

For single guests wanting their own private rooms:

• For two single guests, they should book as if they were four people. This will unlock two ensuited rooms, providing each person with their own room.
• For three single guests, they should book as if they were six people. This will release three rooms, ensuring each guest has a private room.

By booking for a larger group size, each single guest is guaranteed their own room with privacy.

Smoking is prohibited in the house.  There are ample outdoor areas in which to smoke and dispose of your butts wisely.
